Players 18 years old and younger at the 2004 USA Championships will
be evaluated to be invited to try out for the 2005 Team USA Junior
World Team, which will play at the 2005 Junior World Championships.
Players 19-20 years old will be evaluated to be invited to try
out for the 2005 Men's Team USA, which will play at the 2005 World
Championships.
Players from the 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u divisions at
the 2004 USA Championships will be evaluated to be invited to go to
the 2005 Team USA Prospects Camp run by the coaches of Team USA to
identify the up and coming players in the USA and help advance
their careers. Forty-eight (48) athletes in each age division
will be invited to the selection camp.
Girls from the 16u and 19u divisions at the 2004 USA Championshiops
will be evaluated to be invited to try out for teh 2005 Women Team
USA, which will play at the 2005 World Championships.

*Three fully air-conditioned rinks will be utilized for the
Championships.

Teams must qualify at USARS/AAU regional qualifiers except for the
6u and all Girls divisions, which is open to all teams.
Recreational Division teams may also qualify from sanctioned
leagues.

INFORMATION -
Special Note: New for 2004, no athlete is
allowed to compete on two levels (Elite, Competitive or Recreation)
in the same age division.
There will be three levels of play at the USA Roller Sports USA
Championships - Elite, Competitive and Recreational. Teams
will be placed in a level based on the strength of the team and the
strength of the regional qualifier which qualifys the team.
Elite level teams may add three players to their regional
qualifier roster. Competitive and recreational team rosters
are frozen at the regional they qualify in. Recreational
teams may also qualify from sanctioned leagues.
Teams may request to be moved up to a higher level of
competition.

Admission is free for all hockey fans!!!
Each player will receive a FREE USA Championship T-shirt and will
automatically be entered in a raffle to win skates, gloves, sticks,
bags and other hockey equipment from top manufacturers.
USA Championship Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper medals are
presented to each player from the top four teams in each division.
Team awards will be given to the top four teams in each
division.
SKILLS COMPETITION AND
3-ON-3 MINI TOURNAMENTS IN EACH AGE GROUP AT THE JUNIOR
OLYMPICS!!!
