The Pan American Confederation of Roller Sports, is pleased to invite all Clubs, National Teams, and Professionals Sponsored Organizations of the American Continent, to be a part of the VI Pan American Club Championships, from October 13 to October 16, 2005 at Brian Piccolo Park in Cooper City, Florida.

All participants must be a member of a club or national sponsored team legally recognized by roller sports national federations.

Categories and Ages (age’s categories rules as the age of Jan. 1st.  2005)

*          Mini                 Boys and Girls (7 – 8) - Born     1996 - 1997

*          Pre-Infant         Boys and Girls (9 – 10) - Born     1994 – 1995

*          Infant β€œB”         Boys and Girls (11 – 12) - Born     1992 – 1993

*          Infant β€œA”         Boys and Girls (13 – 14) -Born     1990 – 1991

*          Juvenile            Men and Ladies (15 – 16) - Born     1988 – 1989

*          Senior              Men and Ladies (17 - Up) - Born     1971 – 1987

*          Master             Men and Ladies (34 - Up) - Born     1970 – and before

Registration fees:

Club/Organization: US $ 120.00 Maximum of 6 males and females per category,
Plus US $ 80.00 - per participant per 3 days competitions.
Plus US $ 50.00 - per marathon participant.

Clubs Participant:

Each Club/Organization is allowed to register a maximum of six (6) males and six (6) females per category.

Individually participants:

The maximum participants per category and per races will be as follows:
2 persons for:  TT and Speed (100, 200, 200 sprinter lanes, and 500.

3 persons for: 300, 500, Olympic, 800, 1000, 2000

4 persons for: 1200 elimination, 1000 Points, 2400Elimination, 1600 Points, 6000 Elimination, and 3000 Points, 15000 Elimination, 8000 Points and combined.

All participants: In any marathon.

Sanctioned:

The competition will be sanctioned by USARS, and all its rules will be applied.

Event Authorities:

The maximum technical authorities will be the Pan American members or its delegates.

Qualifications:

Qualifications by Teams or Clubs will be basic of a total point of the first five positions of each competition and category, male and female, according to the following table:

First position -5 points
Second position - 4 points
Third position - 3 points
Fourth position - 2 points
Fifth position -1 point

In case of a tie, the decision will be according to the quantity of Gold medals, Silver or Bronze.

Awards:

For the first seven participants Medals of equal color in the following categories: Boys and Girls Mini, Pre-infant, and Infant β€œB”. 

In the Infant β€œA” category, boys and girls, medals for the first 5 competitors as follow:
1st - Gold
2nd & 3rd- Silver
4th & 5th - Bronze

In the other categories, Ladies and Gentlemen:
First place - Gold medal
Second Place - Silver medal
Third Place - Bronze medal

Clubs or Teams:

After adding the total points awards will be:

Maximum total of points: 
1st Place - Trophy
2nd Place - Trophy
3rd Place - Trophy

General by category and gender:

The first Club in each category will be awarded with a plaque.

Cash Prizes:

The winner in each competition in the categories: Juvenile and Senior will receive a cash prize according to the amount of registration received.  This information will be addressed at the informative meeting on October 12, 2005.

Protest:

Any protest against any judge’s decision has to be presented in the next 15 minutes after the competition in an official format with US $ 50.00.  If the protest is in favor of protester the US $ 50.00 will be returned, otherwise the money will be a part of the Confederations funds.
