USA Roller Sports restructured the figure skating divisions effective with the 2004-2005 season. Many competitors are confused as to what competitive division they may participate. If you need assistance in determining your current competitive figure skating division, you may fill out the questionnaire below and submit to the national office. Please complete all questions.

All fields are required. If a field does not apply to your inquiry, please enter "N/A" or "Not Applicable"
