2023 USARS National Championships- Online Check In

As in the past USARS will be using Jotform for all coaches, officials, and skaters to check in to get their event packet/credentials.

All coaches, officials, and skaters must check in using these Jotforms to get their event packet/credentials

ART/FIGURE SKATING

RINK HOCKEY

ROLLER DERBY

SPEED SKATING

Rink Hockey, Roller Derby and Speed Skating packet/credential pick up will be by club/team. A club/team coach or representative will pick up all of the clubs/teams skater packets/credentials at once.

Each skater will need to fill out this check in form before the club packets/credentials can be picked up.

Coach or representative will need to show proof that each skater has completed the form. Will need to present printed or digital proof of completion for each skater.

Coaches, Officials and Art/Figure skaters packet/credential pick up will be done individually
