Reno-Sparks Convention Center has 2 requirements in relation to late night- early morning private practice floor rental.

1. When renting late night-early morning times (after set competition times/before set competition times) a maximum of 20 people are allowed in the venue.

2. They require a 7 day notice when events require to go beyond the allotted venue rental time. Due to that requirement any floor rental times that are booked after set competition times/before set competition times will need to be booked 7 days in advance.

Historically we do book late night-early morning practice times at Nationals/during Nationals, as there usually are times available after the 3 rounds have completed. The only way we can do that this year, is if the desired floor rental dates are 7 days out.

Round 1

Each region will get to select up to 5 hours of practice time in the order of the result below Each Region will have 48 hours to notify me of their selections once their individual email is sent. If the regional does not reply in 48 hours, the next region will be notified.

Round 2

Each region will again get to select up to 5 hours of practice time in the order of the result below Each Region will have 24 hours to notify me of their selections once their individual email is sent. If the region does not reply in 24 hours, the next region will be notified.

Round 3

Open to the public. Each will get to select up to 5 hours of practice time. Will be first come first serve. There is currently a running list. If you wish to be added to that running list, please contact the USARS National Office at--- membershipsupport@usarollersports.org

Each will have 24 hours to notify me of their selections once their individual email is sent. If there is no response in 24 hours, the next in line will be notified.

Each region has their own set process on how practices items are selected during the region selection rounds. If you have any questions on that process, please contact your regional rep or region contact.

Private Practice Prices

Competition floor- $300 per hour or $150 per half hour

Practice Floor- $225 per hour or $112.50 per half hour

Region reps/individuals will be emailed the updated practice schedule after the previous Region reps/individuals make their selections.

Historically there has been open times left after all selections have been made. Regions along with all others will be able to add more time if needed after all selections have been made.
